Shipping Policy & Delivery

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy. Please note that all above prices are in USD. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• With Rearna, all orders will be dispatched from United States. Our standard processing time is within 2-3 business days. During peak season, there may be delays of 3-5 business days due to the high volume of orders.
• Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing important information such as your order number, summary, total cost, and shipping address. Your package will be shipped directly to your door, office or any desired location, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the warehouse.
• We use DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx to ship all orders from United States. These carriers usually deliver within a week, and in some cases, faster than domestic delivery. To make express shipping more affordable for our customers, we subsidize a portion of the shipping cost and don’t charge extra for additional products. The shipping cost depends on the value of your order, and we are not responsible for any customs or taxes that may be imposed on the order. If a customer wants to return their order due to customs or taxes, they will have to pay any additional shipping costs that may arise.
• Please note, we only deliver to residential and business addresses, and cannot ship to PO Box addresses, APO, or FPO addresses. If the issue of shipping is due to a wrong address provided by Rearna, we will either issue a new order or refund the customer.
